Very professional, friendly, and chatty, even told us we could use the leads the fan and anything that was in care even provided drinks which made the journey really enjoyable. My daughter gets travel sick, and he was so kind, letting us know we could stop whenever we needed. We only needed one stop each way, but nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

The cost of regular Birmingham transfers is based on 4 passengers.

There is a small surcharge for 5-8 passengers.

Wedding Car Hire FAQs

Can we choose the ribbon colour?

Yes. Ivory is standard, but we can match most wedding palettes—just let us know your preferred shade at least a week in advance.

Do you stay for photos after the ceremony?

Absolutely. Your chauffeur remains on-site for agreed photo sessions and will reposition the car as often as the photographer requires.

Can bridesmaids share the car?

Certainly. Our Mercedes V-Class seats up to seven passengers, making it ideal for bridesmaids, groomsmen or close family.

How long do we have the car for?

Standard wedding packages include up to four hours of hire, covering pick-up, ceremony, photos and reception drop-off. Extra time can be added.

What happens if the ceremony overruns?

We build a time buffer into every booking. Minor delays cost nothing; additional waiting is available at a pre-agreed hourly rate.

Is there an extra charge for multiple trips between venues?

Two legs—ceremony to photo location and then to the reception – are included in the fixed price. Extra journeys can be arranged up front at a transparent fee.

By law, you don’t need child seats in licensed vehicles. However, if you wish to bring your own for peace of mind, we can store it at an additional cost of £5.

Can I pay by Card / Cash?

Yes, onboard payments for card or cash.

A 5% Booking Fee will be applied to all card payments.

When do I have to pay?

Pay the driver for the trip you have completed that day.
