We knew who was collecting us and what vehicle and what the registration number was on both journeys to and from Birmingham Airport
The drivers are polite, friendly and knowledgeable
Our drivers were both on time and drove with care and attention

Our first time using BUT not the last arrived dead on time, pleasantly greeted us loaded our case and the V Class was spotless and got us to the airport on time. On our return journey text day before we called as instructed after baggage re claim again cases loaded and this time the V Class made us feel like a couple of celebrities as the star studded roof in the back. From the initial booking through Dale to both of the pick ups - Andy going down and then Ifty coming back  - the whole service we received was brilliant and would highly recommend!!
