We operate door-to-dock transfers from the Midlands to the Liverpool Cruise Terminal at Princes Dock. Your chauffeur confirms your berth/arrival hall the day before travel (allocations can change) and shares your ETA and exact drop-off point.

On the day, we follow the port’s signed approach, use the dedicated set-down lane, hand your luggage to the porters and guide you to the correct entrance before exiting the controlled area.

Clearly signposted one-way access with marshalled set-down close to the terminal doors. We pull kerbside, unload directly to the porter/trolley point and depart as instructed by stewards.
Visiting/overflow berths along Princes Parade
Some calls may use alternative bays within the waterfront estate. We reconfirm the day before and route you to the correct entrance and drop-off lane to avoid congestion.

Return-day rendezvous

We monitor your ship’s ETA in real time. After you clear immigration and collect bags, meet your chauffeur at the signed Private Hire / Pick-Up point or the adjacent short-stay car park (you’ll receive an SMS with live location). We load every case and depart immediately—no shuttle queues or taxi lines.

Access & waiting: what to expect

Time-limited set-down: Drop-off lanes are marshalled; waiting on the apron isn’t permitted. Early arrivals move to short-stay until your window opens.
Port fees included: Terminal access/drop-off charges are covered within your fixed fare—no day-of add-ons.
Luggage hand-off: We transfer bags to the porter/trolley point and confirm your rendezvous for disembarkation day.

Our first time using BUT not the last arrived dead on time, pleasantly greeted us loaded our case and the V Class was spotless and got us to the airport on time. On our return journey text day before we called as instructed after baggage re claim again cases loaded and this time the V Class made us feel like a couple of celebrities as the star studded roof in the back. How much luggage can the Mercedes V-Class carry for a family cruise?

The V-Class comfortably takes seven passengers plus seven large suitcases and hand luggage. For bulkier items we can provide a follow-car or trailer on request.

How much do you charge?

How will I know who is collecting me?

Our automated system will send you a text confirmation on booking and 24 hours before the journey.

Do you provide car seats?

By law, you don’t need child seats in licensed vehicles. However, if you wish to bring your own for peace of mind, we can store it at an additional cost of £5.

How much luggage can the vehicles take?

Our Mercedes-Benz V Class can carry 8 passengers with 10 cases.

Our Executive Estate Car can carry 4 passengers with 4 large cases and 2 hand luggage

Can I pay by Card / Cash?

Yes, onboard payments for card or cash.

A 5% Booking Fee will be applied to all card payments.

When do I have to pay?

Pay the driver for the trip you have completed that day.

Is your pricing and service competitive?

Yes, very competitive. We pride ourselves on our competitiveness.

Do your fixed fares include port drop-off or parking fees?

Absolutely. The quoted price already covers port access charges, toll roads and valet parking where required—no hidden extras.

Is there a minimum booking fee?

Yes, it’s £30 and is included in our quote.
