We track your vessel’s AIS feed in real time. If disembarkation is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up, and the first 60 minutes of waiting are free.
How much luggage can the Mercedes V-Class carry for a family cruise?
The V-Class comfortably takes seven passengers plus seven large suitcases and hand luggage. For bulkier items we can provide a follow-car or trailer on request.

How will I know who is collecting me?
Do you provide car seats?
By law, you don’t need child seats in licensed vehicles. However, if you wish to bring your own for peace of mind, we can store it at an additional cost of £5.
How much luggage can the vehicles take?
Our Mercedes-Benz V Class can carry 8 passengers with 10 cases.
Our Executive Estate Car can carry 4 passengers with 4 large cases and 2 hand luggage
Can I pay by Card / Cash?
Yes, onboard payments for card or cash.
A 5% Booking Fee will be applied to all card payments.
When do I have to pay?
Pay the driver for the trip you have completed that day.
